Items must be sent back to The Penthouse Closet within 7 days of receiving. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit with a return authorization number. To request a return use the Contact Us Form.
Absolutely no refunds are given.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all tags attached. Please fill out the return form, which is sent via email. If you do not have access to a printer, simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package.
Any item not received in saleable condition: free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and the customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any refused returns that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 7 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue a credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us using the Contact Us Form within 24 hours of receiving your package.
At The Penthouse Closet, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please contact us using the Contact Us Form. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons.
Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an eGift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue store credit with a tracking number showing delivered to our address. No exceptions.
Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for package reshipping due to an address issue, or failure to accept.
